About me: I had been doing shows since 1988. My wife is an artist so we have used varying forms of equipment and credit card processing services. She was never really happy with any of them as their rates seemed to go up WAY too often. She was also unhappy with her knucklebuster/imprinter system. The Nurit 8000 came into her life and made her instantly happy with her processing and processor. Her new rep (who curiously isn't me) was readily available as was tech support. We were both so impressed with this new company, Money Tree Merchant Services, that I decided that this was a company that I needed to represent. So that is how I got into providing artists (and other types of businesses) with merchant services. My background is in manufacturing/engineering so I don't really know how to stalk customers or behave like the used car salesman...so you are in luck!
My Business Philosophy: I promise to work hard to ensure your experience with my services is everything you expected it to be and more. I will be with you every step of the way during the set up process and you can feel free to call me ANY time (even if it is something as small as "how do I change the paper"...really!) I don't turn the phone off at 5 pm and on at 9 am. I promise to be upfront and totally honest with you and am willing to answer any questions you may have. If you are currently processing with another provider, I can analyze your current rates and fees and show you how much money I can save you and reprogram your credit card terminal at no charge to you. I will talk you through understanding your current statement if need be. You can call me from a show if you are having any issues or need hand holding while you get started. Your happiness is very important to me. I want to make sure you feel comfortable passing on my name and services to others whom I may be able to help with their credit card processing needs.
