Q: How long does it take to get approved from your company? As long as your application is complete, it usually takes about three to four business days for approval.  We ship the terminals two day delivery so you should have it in your hands in about a week.

Q: How long does it take to get my money from these credit card transactions?  Within 36 - 48 hours after processing and batching your credit card, the money is in your account.

Q: What if I’ve never accepted credit cards before?  I am here to help you through this process.  It is not difficult and you should never feel shy about calling me.  I do hold hands quite well.

Q: What kind of credit cards can I accept?  Mastercard, Visa, and Discover are included in our program.  Debit cards also.  American Express is optional and carries additional fees.

Q: Do I have to buy new equipment?  No.  We can reprogram used equipment BUT only secure terminals are approved by our company.  Secure means PCI compliant.

Q: Must I have a store front? No...I represent MANY craftspeople that operate out of their home studios.

Q: My current credit card company makes my bookkeeping a nightmare by taking out fees from EACH transaction. Does your company do it this way also?  No. This is a common complaint with many people.  Our company makes one withdrawal to cover fees at the end of each month.

Q: Can I view my transactions online? Yes, we will provide you with the information on how to access your online account.

Q: What if I am not very comfortable with technology?  No problem! Relax, I will be there for you. I train all my wireless customers (Nurit 8000), provide them with a detailed print out of the most used modes, and if you should be at a show and have a question, just give me call. I pride myself in helping those that are not comfortable with technology.  Also, technical support is available 24/7 to help you out.

Q: What about reception for my Wireless Nurit 8000 Terminal?  We have contracts with almost all cell companies and we program our machine to roam from company to company to get the best signal at your location.  There is no additional fees for this roaming.
